Track your order

Every order is made just for you, so here’s what happens after you check out, and when to expect your tracking number.

Where your order is right now

1. Right after you order: you get a receipt by email with your order number.
2. Over the next 2–5 business days: we print your design and pack it up.
3. The day it ships: we email your tracking number with a link to follow the package.
4. 2–5 business days later: it arrives at your door. Shipping is free in the US.

Can’t find your tracking email?

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder, and search your inbox for “tracking”. It goes to the email you used at checkout. If it’s been more than 2–5 business days since you ordered and you still don’t see it, we’ll look it up for you.

Need a hand?

Email hello@photoshootpets.com with your order number (it’s on your receipt and starts with #). We reply within 1–2 business days. Something arrive damaged or wrong? See returns & refunds.

Ordering for Christmas?

Order by December 10 for delivery by Christmas anywhere in the US. Earlier is safer in December.
