How much does a custom mug cost?: Each custom pet photo mug is $28 USD. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
What kind of photo works best?: A clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is in focus and facing the camera. Phone photos work great. Avoid very dark, blurry, or heavily filtered images.
How long until my mug arrives?: Mugs are made to order in 2–5 business days, then delivered in 2–5 business days. See our shipping policy.
Where do you ship?: We ship to the United States only, for now.
Can I return my mug?: Because each mug is personalized, we can’t take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we’ll remake it or refund you. See our refund & return policy.
Is the mug dishwasher and microwave safe?: Yes. Our 11 oz white ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing helps the print stay bright for years.
Can I put more than one pet on a mug?: Yes. Upload one photo with all of them in it. A clear photo where every face is visible works best.
