Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only, for now.

Processing time

Every mug is printed on demand with your photo by our production partner, Printify, so it isn’t sitting on a shelf waiting for you. Printing and packing takes 2–5 business days after you place your order.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping: free on all US orders. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Holiday orders

To receive your mug in time for Christmas, please order by December 10. Orders placed after that date are still made with care, but we can’t guarantee holiday delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

If your mug arrives broken or damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you never received it, email us at hello@photoshootpets.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and, for damage, a photo of the mug and packaging. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our refund and return policy for details.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it if your mug hasn’t been printed yet. We can’t replace orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
