Terms of service

These terms apply when you use photoshootpets.com or place an order with Photoshoot Pets (“Photoshootpets,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

Each mug is made to order using the photo you upload. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund any order we can’t fulfill.

2. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Our standard custom mug is $28 USD. Any shipping cost and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes don’t affect orders already placed.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method.

4. Your photos

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• you took the photo, own it, or have permission to use it for a printed product;
• it doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

You keep ownership of your photo. You give us a limited permission to use it only to create, print, and deliver your order and to provide customer support. We won’t use your photo in marketing without your separate permission.

5. Images we won’t print

We may refuse or cancel, with a full refund, any order containing images that are offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or that appear to infringe someone else’s rights, including copyrighted characters, logos, or brand names.

6. Previews

On-screen previews are for illustration. Colors and sizes may vary slightly from the printed mug because of screen settings and the printing process.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery and returns are covered by our shipping policy and refund & return policy, which are part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in place when they were placed.
